Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The location is great, close to everything. The staff is only there at check in and were very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and have everything it needs. It looked a little different than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and had great pillows. Our issue was bed bugs. Our family has bug bites all over comfortable and had great pillows. Our issue was bed bugs. Our family has bug bites all over our skin and woke up with bugs on our pillows on our final morning. Once we realized it was bed bugs we immediately left. The amount of bug bites we have caused us to have to go to a pharmacy and get medication. We requested a refund but did not hear back.
