Hotel was in a very nice area and on the same road with all the restaurants. It was also right around the corner from the Spanish Steps. Room was big enough for a family of 5! My son left his game station in the couch. I emailed the hotel and they found it! We are working on getting it shipped back home.

This property is very quaint & love that it’s right on the piazza. I would love to bring my entire family there but one of my son in laws is over 6ft tall & unfortunately the ceilings are just too low

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the room was not as described. We had no windows or natural light so the room was somewhat depressing. The fridge didn’t work and wasn’t replaced. The bathroom tap broke and required repairs. The kitchen was next to our room and noisy early in morning. The description included a laundry but there was none

Amazing location, right in the Piazza Della Signoria. Fantastic views from the room of Palazzo Vecchio. Spacious rooms with some nice charm. They offer breakfast and will deliver to your room, but we didn’t use since we wanted to get up and out early each morning. Best place we stayed for our whole trip in Italy.

Lovely hotel in prime location!

Excellent hotel in a prime location that is close to everything! The room and bathroom was clean. Checkin and Checkout process was quick. Location was excellent! Right across from the Palazzo Vecchio Museum! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping! Enjoyed our stay!
