Great value accommodation on the edge of town. Easy public transit access to the town centre. Plenty of room for our family of five and nice basic kitchen for preparing our meals. The on site store is well stocked.

Its a good property but it is away from the city 35 mins by bus. The property doesn’t give u a cart from reception to the room we booked with soo many bags we had to walk with bags which is not so done. We checked in just in time and still they were sort of staff. I wont go here again. But the space was clean atleast.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing 3-night stay at hu Firenze Camping in Town! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The facilities in our room exceeded expectations—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant experience. The on-site supermarket, restaurant, and laundry facilities were a huge convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Jeta, the manager, for being so humble and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Also, a big thank you to Dorim for kindly giving us a ride from the camp to the reception during checkout, especially with our heavy luggage—it was truly appreciated! The overall ambiance of the camp was fantastic, offering a perfect mix of nature and comfort. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Excellent accomodation, free parking, easy public bus access to Florence city centre. Laundry on site but note that for some reason the service stops at 11 PM so if u do launtry after 10 30 u may have to wait toll next day 6 AM to dry the clothes. Helpful staff, all in all an excellent highly reccomended place to stay esp if you are driving to Firenze

I went on family vacation in Feb 2025. We stayed in bunglows with kitchenware. If you want to cook something at home book with Kitchenware. Not all the bunglows have this option. They have Laundry, Restaurant, Supermarkets (normal price). Also you can use there Bus service to Florence city (2 Km away from city center) in euro 3.5 pp. Best way to travel from this Hotel, is to take the public bus number 14 which is more convenient for a stop in the city, costing 1.70 cents each way. Most of the time we were out of the hotel so didnt get the chance to visit Laundry, pool and Restaurant. Night is very quiet. Rooms were very clean and you have a table to sit outside. I felt little unsafe as its very dark in night and even no security anywhere. They also provide the luggage storage at the cost of 3.00 per luggage. I think, they should not ask for storage charge from their customers.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a small kitchenette. There was a laundramat on site which was great. It us conveniently located if you have a car. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, a mucrowave, and a cooktop. No oven.

Very clean and convenient (parking, supermarket, eatery, laundry, facilities for children, cooking in the chalet). The shuttle bus takes you to the main city centre in Florence where ponte vecchio and the plazas are located.

Overall a good experience. However, I was there during the off-season (it's geared towards summer visitors) and some of the services changed their operating times. The market closed earlier, and the shuttle bus had a completely different schedule. This was not indicated *anywhere* on the signs posted on site or on their "app" (a webpage). I have no issue with the changes. I *do* have issue with those changes not being communicated. I would stay there again, but I'd ask a lot more questions upon arrival.

Great Affordable Stay close to Florence

Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station). Apparently the buses were on strike? So no bus for us. But overall a great place to launch into Florence for the few days we were there. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in a glamping tent here. The property is nice with good amenities. The restaurant was nice however our food was either bland or so salty. The private shuttle was convenient as Italy transit is unreliable and overcrowded. Our tent was okay- clean upon arrival however it was so damp inside. I hung a pair of pants to dry after the rain and it became more damp inside the tent. We had to use the hair dryer to dry our clothes that were sitting out. Also the tent isn’t completely sealed and so some bugs/ spiders got into our tent. Would consider a return due to the good price however in another style of accommodation. Also we had WiFi reach our tent (#74) which was nice however they tell you it’s only in common areas

The tent was right next to the road. Was able to hear people coughing on the street. The bus was very packed depending on when you went. Hard bed with thin pillows and light switches not easily identified. Otherwise it was amazing. I enjoyed my time here.
