The office never responded to questions, but the apartment contact person did once they reached out and I had their contact info. Room is much smaller and not as nice as it looks in images. Bed is a pull out sofa bed and mattress. Not the worst I’ve ever slept on, but sinks in the middle. Once set up there is not much open space. There was peeling paint, some mold in shower and cracked floors. The shower had hot water but needed a better shower head. Never used the kitchen, but the fridge worked well. We felt safe in the neighborhood, but there were late night parties. The train station was an easy walking distance in the morning (about 20 minutes), but after spending days touring, this 65 years young couple chose to call taxis (12-17 euros every evening). Had to purchase our own toilet paper because we were not given enough for a 3 night stay and was told only a courtesy amount was provided by management company. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door. You definitely get what you pay for and my husband chose this one!
