DIRTY HOTEL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

room floors were dirty kids had to keep shoes on because feet turned black, had 3 rooms 2 rooms had bugs one room had wet floor in am and brown water out of tub faucet. Spoke with Mgr in am, promised FULL refund for 1 room and I needed to have Hotels.com call them to confirm refund. Later in day spoke with Hotels.com and they called hotel and hotel only offered partial refund of room night. Tried multiple times since to get this resolved but mgmt at hotel is avoiding call.

Checking in was fine but the counter person couldn’t find my reservation. In the room the bathroom had fecal matter on the wall. The tub was disgusting and the shower handle was practically falling off. There was no trash can and only 2 towels for 4 people to share.

Positive things: Lynna at check in was super friendly and welcoming; room was clean and room temp was nice and cool. Negatives: Was uncomfortable with safety from the minute I entered parking lot. Was very nervous about walking from my car to the front door. Several groups of people congregated in parking lot, very loud, music blasting, smelled of marijuanna. The "party" continued til at least midnight! My mattress was horrible, so uncomfortable. Bedframe squeaked with the least little movement. Outside corridors were dirty. Not a good experience at this property!
