Shower wasn’t cleaned and had used soap bars in it. Every towel had various hairs on them. 2/4 pillows were grossly stained under pillow case

I recommend staying elsewhere.

Buckle up, there's a lot to take in. As soon as you step into the hallway there was an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke. I smelled it in the shower. I smelled it when I woke up at night. You could see brown drip stains on the ceiling where the steam had condensed and left smoke stains. The pattern on the hallway carpet did little to hide that it had not been cleaned in some time. Breakfast was a sad sight in the morning. I got up the lobby at 8:15 (breakfast 6-9am). Two juices were empty or broken. The fridge had no butter, eggs, or yogurt. There was a gallon of whole milk. Oh and there is also a homeless person who lives at the bottom of the main steps at the front of the building. Water was hot and pressure was good, that's it.

Worst Wyndham we have ever stayed at !!!

They indicated it was just renovated but the hallways were dirty, scary & unlit…felt very unsafe, the elevator was also dirty. The area outside the hotel was dirty., The room was small, refrigerator was falling out of the space very dangerous. No closet…hangers on the wall . Heater/ AC ran all the time, very noisy & dirty we could hardly breathe. We truly could not get out of there fast enough in the morning. The area was sold out so we had to stay the night we will not be back. Staff was very nice & friendly. We were told when I called Wyndham there were rooms no pets were in, but that was not the case.
