Fantastic Location, Very unique apartment

This is without a doubt the most well-located VRBO I've stayed in. Stick your head out the window, and you'll see the Duomo. Just a few blocks the other way is Palazzo Vecchio. Coming into Florence, we were able to walk from the train station with no issue. There is no elevator, which was not a problem for my group, and actually kind of felt more authentic, but just something to keep in mind if you do have a ton of luggage. Overall, a great stay at a great value.

Cute place in an awesome location

Great location. Close to everything. There is a little grocery store right next door which was very convenient. The check in was easy and the greeter was very nice. You can hear the Duomo's bells from the windows. Please note there is no elevator and this unit is on the 3rd floor. Wasn't an issue for us. Also, the AC worked but it was struggling

Apartment was clean in awesome location. Description says pay security fee at location but actually has to be online. Had trouble online so had to stay in a hotel till I could have good internet connection to complete online process. Host offered to help .. but the help was “try again” could have met at property and used internet there to complete security fee. Property says sleeps 4 but 2 should be children as couch pull out is poor. Can’t beat location though.

Great place.Very close to the Duomo.

This was the perfect spot for our short trip to Firenze. Wonderful central location, easy to get to anything and everything we wanted to do. The space was perfect for my wife and myself with room to spare. There were many delicious places to eat close by, including our favorite, Lo Scudo, right across the street. With a peak out the window you could enjoy the fresh air with a view of the duomo. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely choose to stay here if we are ever in Firenze again!

This property was amazing especially for the price. The apartment is quite large and literally couldn't be more conveniently located - the furthest we had to walk to see a cultural landmark was 20 minutes. Everything else is practically next door. The apartment is on the third floor and there isn't a lift but it wasn't a problem for us. The host is incredibly kind and responsive - overall incredible listing and would stay again!

So very close to duomo which was such a delight! Right on ambulance route to hospital so could get quite noisy. Furniture in living area needs updating. Appliances on counter don’t plug in. Some sort of adapter needed Hmmmmm. Overall acceptable!

Wonderful location next to the Duomo

My son and I just had a very nice two day stay in this apartment which is located a stone’s throw from the Duomo. For visiting the historical center of Florence, the location cannot be beat. The apartment was clean and organized. We did not try the pull out sofa but the upstairs bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. It was nice to open the big windows in the living room and look out at the charming street. Communication with Sweetstay was excellent and they were very nice when I accidentally locked the keys in the apartment. I recommend this apartment for a stay in Florence.

First time in Florence

The property is perfectly located close to the Duomo and is accessible to so many Florence sites. We were grateful to have a washer and a king size bed (2 twins together). However, property really needs updating as much of the unit is worn and feels dingy; bathroom mildew, worn furniture finishes and covers, engineered floors torn and separating, bedding is older. It was not as I hoped it would be. I could tell it had been cleaned, though. There is a fair amount of street noise which is expected, but a Wednesday night party next door went on nearly all night. Communications from the property management comes mostly from outside of VRBO app with contracts and expectations for the renter. I was a little disconcerted with it all; application to check in/out, external app for security deposit,etc. Leonardo checked us in and was delightful.

Great location close to Duomo!

Enjoyed our stay here. It was an easy walk to and from most of the places we visited in Florence (just one block from the Duomo). Apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. We also loved that there was a small convenience store next door, so very easy to pick up snacks/drinks/other necessities.
