We have an agreement with Trattoria I Fratellini, near by the apartment, for a 10% off. The apartment (65sq m) is on the 2nd floor without elevator of an old Florentine building. A small balcony with a view on the roof of Florence is equipped with a table & chairs and offer a cosy corner for nice dinners by candlelight. We have furnished the apartment with personal taste & lot of care in the particulars equipping it with all the needs for a comfortable living (internet flat,heating,air conditioning, iron, toaster, minipimer, milk shaker, hair-drier).The apartment is composed by a living room with a sofa bed (TV LCD 37’, home-theatre, DVD) dining area & separated kitchen corner (4 flames, oven, fridge,freezer,microwave) a large bedroom with queensize bed , storage room with a washing machine, large bathroom with shower.
