Convenient, comfortable and great service

Very nice location. Clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Note: Shower a bit small for large size people. Gabriele was VERY responsive to questions and requests. I would definitely stay there again.

Place to be when visiting Florence

Great location, very close to the train station, central market, and all of the sites in Florence. Gabriele, our host, was friendly, available, and communicated well. The two bedroom apartment can easily accommodate 4 people, even though we were only two. I’d come back!

How to stay and feel like you’re from Firenze

We had an absolute great time and experience in Gabriele’s apt. He was more than flexible. Our daughter is studying in Firenze for the Spring 2019 semester and he met her and gave her the keys and explained the apt to her. The apt is in a nice neighborhood and really close to everything you really want to see. But let’s face it, walking Firenze is doable from almost anywhere. I would highly recommend this apartment. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen was nicely appointed. We cooked dinner a few times as we brought some food from home that our daughter had been missing. So if you plan to go to Conad and pick up some groceries, don’t hesitate.

Gabriele was so nice and friendly to welcome us at the check in. The apartment was located in the center of the city close to everywhere, especially to the Market Place. It was very clean, warm and accommodated four of us comfortably. You can't expect for more.

amazing location

Gabriele was a great host. He had lots of information, books and suggestions for Florence when we arrived. The apartement was well stocked and was in a great central walking location for access to everything. Food markets were just around the corner and along with many restaurants. The apartement was super clean and great location so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gabrieles place to my friends and fellow travellers.

Amazing location, host, and apartment

This apartment could not have been better. It was super clean, simple, extremely convenient to train station and market, and safe. Gabriele was there to welcome us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know as well as answer all of our questions. He was helpful in giving us additional recommendations based on our itinerary which ended up being some of our favorite things we did in Florence! He was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay to answer basic questions regarding the apartment. The space was perfect for the 3 of us staying there, although we weren't there much except to sleep:) Although the entire city of Florence is quite walkable, the apartment's location was key for us commuting via train and using el Mercato Centrale at least once a day. I would highly recommend Gabriele as your host in Florence and if I am lucky enough to return, I hope to stay here!

This is the place to be!

If you are looking for a place to stay while in Florence, this is it! Gabriele was a great host, very accommodating and very detailed. Our original travel plans changed and ended up getting into Florence few hours before check in time. He managed to let us check in early and not charge us extra for it. Upon entering the apartment, he had a folder that has restaurant recommendations, as well as rules for the apartment, and a map of the city (things very helpful for tourist who doesn't have cell service in Europe and/or never been to Florence). The apartment was within short walks to Uffizi, Accademia, Duomo, Central Market, and train station. If you don't want to do laundry on your own, there is a laundromat within 10 minutes walking from the apartment (the one around the corner closed down, but we found another one close by). It is very easy to navigate to any place you want to go from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again when we go to Florence again. :)

Clean, comfortable, good location

Gabriele's two bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent as we were close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see each day. We walked through the central markets each time and found lovely items. Gabriele's apartment is on a very short street, and all of the neighbors of stores and food stands were very helpful with us. Gabriele met us the first day and explained everything. He was helpful and provided additional phone numbers in case we ever got into a bind, which we didn't. This is not a fancy apartment but has all the amenities you need. You will climb three sets of stairs to get to this apartment, but the air conditioning is cooling when you arrive. Pour cette location nous étions trois adultes , un jeune malvoyant un de 72 ans qui a subit dernièrement une opération du cœur et moi-même qui soufre d’un genoux ,il aurait été judicieux de le faire paraitre dans l’annonce qu’il y avait autant de marche pour arriver à l’appartement. Nos chambre donnaient sur la route beaucoup de bruit la nuit et très taux le matin ( 5h30)mon compagnon est moi avons souffert pendant 9 nuit d’un mal de reins du au sommier qui était tout en bois ,manque de vaisselle pas de saladier verre fêlé cafetière rouillé nous avons du en acheter une, une serviette pour la vaisselle pour les 9 jours surtout quant ‘il n’y a pas de lave linge Manque de clarté dans cette appartement lumière toujours allumé les seule fenêtre se trouve dans les chambres. Parking très cher même avec le macaron handicapé nous ne trouvions pas de place pour nous garer. Pour accéder à la salle de bain il y avait une marche de 30cm et une de 20cm de plus pour entrer dans la douche, aucune sécurité nous devions faire Ipert attention de ne pas glisser et tombé, depuis 11 ans nous venons découvrir ce si beau pays et ces la première fois que nous sommes déçus d’un appartement les commentaire ne reflète pas se que nous avons vécu pendant notre séjour à florence.

Alles was man braucht

Das Appartement ist sauber und ordentlich, der Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Im Appartement ist es sehr hellhörig, die Straße draußen ist auch belebt. Leider fehlt eine Waschmaschine, ein Salon ist um die Ecke.

perfect location for visiting Florence

Прекрасные апартаменты. Все туристические достопримечательности очень близко. Рядом с квартирой есть рынок продуктов, супермаркет и фудкорт с разнообразной едой. Отзывчивый хозяин всегда на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. В квартире было 3 кондиционера, "Три, Карл!". В каждой комнате по кондиционеру и все прекрасно работают - это просто праздник какой-то!=) Ещё нам предоставили чистенький детский манеж. Всё было прекрасно, рекомендую!
