Staff was friendly but rooms smelled horrible, mattress on the pull out couch looked like someone bled to death on it. Lots of very sketchy people wandering around asking for money, did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there. Would not recommend at all. Ended up staying down the road at a Comfort Suites, which was very nice.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room could use a refresh with some new carpet, toilet, etc. We felt safe at this hotel compared to others we’ve stayed at in the Florence area. The morning staff person at check out was pleasant. Check in staff person was all business. Breakfast was adequate with a few hot options as well as cereals, bagels, mini muffins and yogurt. We appreciate the hotel being pet friendly. We would stay here again on our way back from Florida.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was nice we could park right outside our door. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. only issue was that whoever used the microwave in our room previously cooked something nasty. It smelled like very bad, rancid cheese. We even cleaned it out but nothing helped. So it was useless to us. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. Plenty of food and everything was hot that was supposed to be hot. Good choices. Staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night on our way back to FL from NY.
