The shower and breakfast was nice but staff was rude. We slept in late and missed room cleaning so i went to front and asked for a couple of clean towels and they said that our maid was still out there id have to wait on her to come back around. I took my do not disturb sign down and we left so they could make the round no big issue but then they didnt come back around again no big deal we were the ones that kept it up and slept in but i asked for towels late that afternoon and front desk was super rude and smarted off to me about not removing my sign early enough for the maid. I was not rude and simply just wanted a couple more towels. Then my husband and i woke up to beer bottle caps all around our door outside and people obviously being rowdy. We also seen a couple of roaches and bugs. Probably will be looking around at other places next time.

I arrived in the freezing cold, and they would not let me in the check in area inside, rather they made me stand outside and yell through a glass at the attendant. The young man, who appeared to be high school age would not answer questions. He just had his back to me typing on the computer. When I got in the room, the floor was dirty and gritty when I walked in. The next morning there was a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee and when I tried to have breakfast, the coffee machine and the pancake machine were both out of order. Basically, this is one of the WORST motels I have ever stayed at. I wouldn't recommend it with even one star!

Good overall location for business I had to conduct. Fairly poor internet connection. Condition was poor. Central locations like sitting area and dining area were OK, but the room was terrible. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave, which were helpful, but there was broken and damaged furniture, poor condition of interior finishes, the room was smelly, had a cockroach. Staff were fine for checking in and out, and asking a small favor, but the facility entrance was closed by 9 p.m., so had to conduct business standing outside through a glass window; room cleaning staff only changed towels, didn't take out garbage except once in 3 days, refresh room coffee, make bed, etc. Very limited breakfast was the same every day, pancake maker was broken first day with no signage of condition. OK for a day or two, but not for more.

Management needs replaced!

This Hotel isn’t very clean , needs updated the bathroom shower/ tub leaked and the drywall connection to the shower was cracked down the whole wall! walls are very thin you can hear the people outside and next door! Seen 2 roaches in bathroom in the morning . The free Breakfast was very poorly done! Bed was comfortable and as only plus! Management needs work on customer service! Amanda the manager is very rude and cares more about sitting in a chair then fixing issues of hotel!

Very clean and for the price, it's a remarkable place to stay. The staff was overwhelmingly nice. It was quiet and I felt safe. The location is perfect and you feel secure in that area of Florence. My only recommendation would be if, within the budget, upgrade the eggs to scrambled and have a waffle/pancake machine that works. But fir the price of the room, I still give ya'll a 5 star rating. My overall stay was very enjoyable!
