Ariento 5 - Appartamento Ariento

Comfortable apartment in a very strategic location in the heart of San Lorenzo Marke's neighborhood, 5 minutes far from Duomo Square and within 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station.  
The apartment has: a double room with double bed ( possible twin beds); a living area with kitchenette    fully equipped with washing machine and    a table for 4 guests and a sofa bed (that can become a French Bed). T he spacious bathroom has a comfortable shower and a washing machine. Recently restyled, it is located at the third floor of an ancient building, no elevator, it is not fitting for guests wuth reduced mobility.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Apartment in a very convenient location

We loved the fact that we were at the center of all the tourist attractions. Mercato Centrale was literally a few steps down. Other tourist attractions were also at a short walking distance. The apartment was also clean with all amenities well stocked. The building does not have an elevator, so going up the steps with large luggage could be a bit of a challenge.

Bel emplacement

Emplacement idéal pour sillonner la ville. L'appartement est proche du Mercato centrale, lieu de restauration très diversifiée. Très agréable. En fin de semaine il y a plein de marchands vendeurs d'articles en cuir, dans la rue, c'est très pittoresque. L'appartement est bien aménagé. Attention aux escaliers qui y mènent car ils sont très raides. Du thé, de l'huile en sachet, ... sont à disposition et même du Proseco, offert. L'écoulement de l'eau dans la douche est à revoir car c'est un filet. Un bémol : une partie de cloison entre un voisin et l'appartement est tellement fine que tous les bruits passent. Un point positif : toquer sur cette cloison pour signifier que le bruit est trop important et les décibels diminuent ...
