Conveniently located walkable location.

Great location. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. Perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay while being conveniently located to everything Florence has to offer.

Excellent location

The flat was a perfect location for walking to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Galleria dell'Accademia, among other locations. It’s perfect for guests who need a convenient spot to sleep and start the day from.

Disappointing

We were very excited about this stay based on the photos, description, and location, but we were unfortunately pretty disappointed. The location was okay— about a 10-15 minute walk to major attractions. The place was not very clean— there were literally dead bugs smashed on the walls and the floors were pretty dirty. There is also no windows/natural light except a window to a tiny little courtyard so it feels like you’re in a closet. After we arrived and realized that some amenities listed in the description (one of them being the main reason we picked the place!) were not actually true, we reached out to the host. They told us they “accidentally” incorrectly listed these things. We reached out to VRBO for support twice and haven’t gotten any resolution. Bummer. Would NOT stay there again.

I month stay

The property manager was very helpful and answered our questions and needs promptly. The unit is a brand new renovation. Hence, everything was clean and new. The bed was comfortable. No moldy smells. Kitchen was very functional. The location was in walking distance to most of the art attractions. Conrad food store was 1 block over. Since there isn’t a washer and dryer in the apartment there is a laundry mat #102 on the same street. It was empty most of the time. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. As people would come and go you could hear their noise from up above but that’s in any apartment; however, most of the time it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay. We also travelled via train to Rome, Venice, and Siena. The train system is wonderful- very safe and the seats are comfortable. We had a wonderful honeymoon as we eat delicious food everywhere we went. Thank you!!!

Wonderful apartment

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful. It’s so cute and in such a great area, within walking distance of basically everything. It couldn’t have been better, we didn’t want to leave!
