Luxurious apartment in the center of Florence, just 5 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and 10 minutes from the Duomo. 500m from the Opera of Florence, 700m from the Fortezza Da Basso and 750m from the Palazzo Dei Congressi. Elegant apartment fully furnished in neoclassical style, it will be the perfect starting point to visit Florence and offer you an unforgettable experience.
The area can be reached by car, as it is not in a limited traffic area (ZTL). There are several shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Located on the first floor of a building with elegant entrance, the apartment consists of a large living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, a spacious bedroom with a habitable balcony with a pleasant view.
The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with fine finishes, parquet and marble floors, the ceilings are enhanced by cornices and rosettes and in the living room the typical Florentine coffered wooden ceiling. A 5 minute walk with luggage from the train station but you don't hear the trains. 15 minute walk from the chaos of the key central sites. A beautiful and spacious, gated property. Hosts were always responsive and allowed us to stay later than checkout time to match our train schedule. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Florence vacation

Our stay was day 10 through 16 of our three week Italian holiday. We loved having the space to spread out and make ourselves at home. Two high points of the unit were the amazing terrace in the back and the full kitchen. Having the laundry machine was a big plus as well.

Beautiful Apartment in great location

Overall fantastic stay, from booking to check out everything was 5 stars. Location was an easy walk from the train station even with large suitcases. Neighborhood felt very safe and was an easy walk to all of the sites. There is a nice hotel next door that had excellent coffee so we were able to enjoy the best of both worlds of an apartment and hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment close to everything Florence has to offer

Beautifully furnished apartment in a quiet road close to the station and a short walk to restaurants and the main attractions of Florence. Carrefour express a short walk away with cheap prices and good selection. The hosts were fantastic. They provided a lot of helpful information and fixed an issue before we even realised there was one. Would highly recommend.

This apartment was perfect! Not only gorgeous, but also spacious, comfortable and functional with many hotel-like touches. The location is excellent, especially if travelling by train as the station is so close by. That made our arrival, departure and day trip to Lucca a breeze! Just blocks from Mercato Centrale, grocery store and easy walk to all sites. Large terrace overlooking pomegrante trees was lovely after a day of site-seeing. Very handy to have washer and kitchen.

Such a great apartment!

We loved out stay! Communication with the apartment owners was great and always had quick response times. The check-in process was very helpful as Emmanuel met us as we arrived and walked us through all of the apartment details in person. The apartment itself was beautiful! I wanted a place that didn't feel like the typical modern apartment that we can find anywhere. I wanted a place that was updated, but also had architectural character and this was perfect! Everything was very clean, the shower was great, and the air conditioner worked very well too! The location was great as well and within walking distance to so many things. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station too. You can tell that this apartment is well cared for by Emmanuel & Eloisa! I was sad to leave! We would definitely stay here again!

30th Anniversary Trip to Florence

Our stay in Florence at the Artwork Apartment was fabulous! Communication with the hosts, Eloisa and Emmanuel, was great. They started a chat on WhatsApp that was very helpful. They answered any questions we had and provided recommendations of their favorite places to eat near the apartment and in the city. The apartment is walking distance to everything in the heart of Florence (10 minute walk to the Duomo). We literally walked everywhere we went each day. We enjoyed eating small meals in a few times in order to give ourselves a break from the long days. Conad is the store we went to several times and were able to purchase anything we needed. The location of the apartment is only a five minute walk to Santa Maria Novella train station. This was helpful so we could start a day trip to Cinque Terre early and get back right at dark. It also allowed us a short walk with our bags to board a train to Rome where we ended our trip. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, warm and very comfortable. There is a nice balcony where we began and ended many days. We traveled light (only five days worth of clothing each) for a nine day trip. There were only two of us and we were able to wash clothes and hang dry in the apartment which was very helpful. If we do come back to Florence, we would definitely stay here again!

Secure and spacious

Great location for trains and duomo. Hosts were very helpful and dealt with all requests. Trams and traffic queues noisy in daytime but fine at night for sleeping. Apartment was a good refuge from the heat outside with very stylish touches.
