Quiet Top-Floor Duomo Studio in Central Florence

A quiet top-floor studio in central Florence, a short walk from the Duomo. Best for solo travelers or couples who are comfortable with stairs and want an authentic historic-building stay.



The Space:

The studio is on the third floor of an old Florentine building and includes a cozy sleeping area, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, a small equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses and kettle, plus fresh linens and towels. The private bathroom is on the lower level, reached by an internal spiral staircase, and includes a shower and hairdryer. Please note the wall height near the bed is about 1.65 m.



Guest Access:

Third floor without elevator, about 70 stairs to climb. Inside the studio there is also a spiral staircase down to the private bathroom.



The Neighborhood:

You are in Florence's historic center, close to the Duomo and within walking distance of the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. The surrounding streets offer restaurants, cafés, boutiques and the everyday energy of central Florence.



Getting Around:

The central location is best explored on foot. Public transport connections are available nearby for moving around Florence; if arriving by car, check ZTL/paid parking rules before entering the historic center.



Other Things to Note:

Not recommended for guests with mobility issues or anyone uncomfortable with stairs/low headroom near the bed.
