Sometimes, due to your arrival time and what I'm up to, I won’t be able to meet you personally and so will arrange to leave keys at the building to collect. During your stay, you can contact me by phone or on Airbnb between 8:30 am up to 17:30 to request for any information. Except for emergencies guests may call and text outside the indicated hours.
