Full of character with many old pieces (exposed beams, some of them are low). Ground floor: entrance hall (storage area, deep freeze, small wine cellar for guests to enjoy the wines of the property), laundry room (washing machine, tumble drier), hall, bedroom (double bed, en-suite shower room with WC), separate WC, living room (small lounge area) opening directly onto the terrace on one side and the large courtyard on the other side. 1st floor: hall with play area for children and storage area, shower room including Wc, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single 80cm beds) (family attic room with 2 single beds and bunk beds) (1 bedroom with 2 single 80cm beds). Baby equipment available (including wooden cot). Underfloor electric heating. Outdoors: tiled terrace with lovely view, garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, gravelled courtyard, parking area. Owners' second home on site (owners are rarely on the premises), hiking trails nearby.
