Wishes added prior to reservation were not read and not met at all. Wine gum candy on the floor upon arrival to the room. No floor cleaning during stay, as candy leftovers were still on the floor. No refill of toilet paper. "Room for improvement". Apart from that good location and nice staff.

Vi havde booket 2 værelser og de var rigtig fine, men alt for varmt i det ene, da gulvvarmen ikke kunne reguleres. I det andet værelse var der ikke gulvvarme. Skøn seng og dejlig stort badeværelse (værelse 21 og 26). Skønt med el-kedel på værelset! God morgenmad, eneste jeg kunne ønske var pandekager, ellers lækkert. Meget tæt på gågaden. Sødt personale. Parkering var dog problematisk, da alt var optaget ved hotellet, men vi fik hjælp af receptionisten.
Hyggeligt værelse med god seng.

Rummet var stort och bra möblerat och kändes fräscht. Stort och modernt badrum, sängarna var hårda men sköna. Frukosten hade allt och personalen kontrollerade att det var rent och fyllde på när det behövdes. Hotellets läge var perfekt med nära till gamla staden med mysiga gator och trevliga restauranger
