I recognize this is a new hotel. It is very nice but still in the start-up phase. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member but was not recognized as such by the check-in staff. No courtesy water or snack as is typical. Rooms are great and comfortable, no complaints. Wifi is confusing to join as both hotels come up as selections. Bistro is also very good with friendly staff. Breakfast could have been good but was poorly managed and several food items had been fully consumed and not replenished. Pancake machine did not work. Ran out of eggs and bacon by 8 am. Staff was very sparse and had to be sought out and advised of the issues. One female employee in particular (older) was not at all friendly. In general, breakfast was a disappointment. At check-out, asked for complimentary water but none was available. Frt desk counter person did check the back room. To her credit, she allowed us to take 2 bottles from the purchase items area. Believe this location has some start-up issues to overcome.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet even though it was located near the hiway. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and lots of space. Our room was cleaned daily which was a plus. Breakfast was very good. The outside firepit was great. We enjoyed sitting around the fireplace. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Amazing hotel and the staff is incredible. Food every morning was hot and fresh. The staff would check in daily via text. Great converstations and what a great locations. Minutes from downtown flagstaff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. But it was so loud we didn't get any sleep we even checked out early. Plus, this came with breakfast but everything was empty!! Would not stay there again.
