The property exterior has the quaint retro sensibility of a 1950s Route 66 road house,a bit rumpled and well loved. The room was clean; the bath was clean with a rather fine shower; beds were great. Andrea on the front desk is off the chain. She is by far the best thing about this property. She understands hospitality exceptionally well and knows how to make guests feel most welcome. GM needs to treat her REALLY well.

Good location, friendly staff. Only problem we had was the towel bar fell off the wall and that there was mold on the bathtub shower curtain. Really good value for what we got.

Room was clean and comfortable. Thought the train running across the street would be a problem, but I slept well. Only two negative, I have very bad knees and couldn’t get a ground floor room, so I had to take the stairs several times. Also, was as far away from the office as possible, where there is the only ice machine. But a good value -

Room had basic necessities but the overall atmosphere was incredible. The staff was so incredibly kind and that bed was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The sheet and pillow combo was chefs kiss! I want to know the brand of everything so I can buy it all for myself. I had a king so I’m not sure what the queen rooms are like. I traveled across country and stage in plenty hotels, this was by far THE BEST. Hidden gem with great value!!

We enjoyed our stay here! This is a great budget friendly option and has everything you need. The staff was very attentive and responsive. The location is about a 5-6 min drive to get to downtown so really not bad! When we come back to flagstaff, this is probably our number 1 option.
