The front desk was courteous and was welcoming. A few people showed up at once to check in and she took each one with a smile and was expedient but engaging with each one of us in turn. As an older inn on Route 66 the room was still clean and comfortable.

The room was great for the price. Modest size and basic, what you should expect for a roadside motel. The room was updated and comfortable. I would return without hesitation. Heat and AC worked great.

Very good place to stay for few nights. The room I stayed in is clean and spacious for one person. Needs new shower head and the train noise is noticeable and can be bothersome. Overall, very good place for commuters. I will stay here again.

No fault of the Inn. Traveling across the USA I made reservations for rooms along the way. I burnt out my brakes coming through the California mountains and found a Mercedes mechanic in Anaheim. called from the repair shop and asked to delay a night. It was less than 24 hrs before my check in time so they kept my full payment, but told me if I could get there before checkout I was welcome to sleep for a couple hours. Bummer on top of repairs. I went to Flagstaff the next day, stayed at a different hotel and continued on my way. I understand rules are rules…

Super nice staff, very attentive, and responsive. The room was pretty clean other than the floor which had a couple of stains. But the bedding was great, comfortable beds and pillows, and a very clean bathroom. Very surprised by the quality considering it's pet friendly. The only reason for it not being five stars for me, is the stairs were very difficult for my dog to navigate since they are metal instead of concrete and don't have backs on the steps. So my dog kept overshooting them. Not a big deal, but my bathroom didn't have any towels and I didn't notice until I got in the shower. Since I was already a bit wet, I called the front desk, they mentioned they weren't able to run any up, so I ended up having to flag down a housekeeping lady who very graciously handed a few. Other than that, a wonderful experience.

I stay here often as the price is fantastic, but this time I had a challenging experience. The room they checked me into looked like it had been cleaned but when pulling back the sheets there was hair on the pillow cases and sheets. Maybe the housekeeper had dark hair, but wasn't a good look. I called the front desk and they moved me to another room with apologies. The second room's deadbolt wouldn't engage as the deadbolt wasn't aligned with the opening. Looks like someone has tried to cut the metal to make it fit but it didn't. I ended up pushing the desk against the door for some added security as I was too tired to move again. Great price, nice location to town and restaurants. I will stay there again as my previous visits have been good. Just a bit off this time. Staff is very friendly so happy to try again.

This was our second time staying here during our travels and it did not disappoint. The staff is very courteous, communicative, and the rooms are comfortably clean. There is ample parking close to the room entrances, plus food choices nearby down the street. We'd definitely stay here again.
