Our experience was great! The lock on the front door was giving us issues when we first arrived. Valerie responded to our messages immediately, was extremely helpful and was able to fix our issue. The house was in great condition and it’s located in a safe area. If you want to stay in flagstaff you should check to see if this house is available.

Wonderful place near tons of stuff in Flagstaff. Very clean and Host was wonderful. Gave 4/5 because I wish I knew there was a studio attached to it, back patio doors kept opening wouldn’t stay shut. I would stay here again my kids had a great time.

This place was perfect for our weekend away, neighborhood is gorgeous! We had our small Cavapoo with us and she was able to run around in the backyard! We would stay again!! If you plan to cook, bring your own oil, etc:) Great spot!!

Loved Property BUT…

We loved this property however we were shocked to find out after arriving that there is a studio attached to the property, with someone staying there, that has access to the backyard we use. This should be something in the listing when booking, since it is a dog and children friendly listing.

Great stay

We were in Flagstaff for a couple of NAU camps and the house was the perfect location. The description is exactly how the house was maintained. Nice neighborhood with lots of people walking their dogs and biking. Easy and quick communication from the host.

Slightly disappointed

Normally we don’t complain, however, we were disappointed in our stay. We liked the neighborhood, but the actual VRBO was a bit run down. There were weeds everywhere, the back French doors wouldn’t lock, the tv wouldn’t work until someone came and reset everything the next day. It was great they had a pool table, but it was dirty (we had to wipe it down) and the pool cues were old and one was broken. It was probably my fault for not reading the description better, but we were really surprised there was no a/c. It was hot out and the back bedroom /bathroom was very warm. I’m sorry to say all of the above. I just think it’s really important to present your guests with a quality experience… on the positive, the kitchen was nice and the living room was comfortable.
