The second level has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with sofa bed, 1 bedroom (queen), and full bathroom.This cottage has excellent unobstructed views of the lake from all levels.

There is an average sized deck off the living room, and a solarium on the lower level that opens onto a grassed area.This cottage is in the lower resort on Barcelona. Reservations can be cancelled at anytime. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date minus the booking fee of 99.00 plus taxes. Final payment is charged to your credit card 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of the booking. We strongly suggest trip interruption/cancellation insurance. Breakaway Vacations will do their best to accommodate special requests including specific cottages, however, as all cottages are privately owned and Breakaway cannot 100% guarantee specific cottages. In the event that your specific cottage request cannot be met you will be placed in a cottage that matches as close to your request as possible. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. If Breakaway is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) only future stay credits for the amount paid, minus the booking fee will be issued. No refunds will be given, credits have no cash value and are non transferable. Future stay credits may be used towards a booking on any of the properties managed by Breakaway Vacations and will have a 1-year expiry date from time of cancellation date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars. Second Party Cancellation Policies may differ from this page. Deposit policy:
A reservation deposit, equal to 30% of your total reservation cost is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival date. A pre-authorization of $1000 will be required upon check-in to secure for any incidental charges. Any and all damages to the cottage and it contents will result in a charge of full or new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges or for extra cleaning, repairs or replacement of the damaged article(s). If you did not incur any extra charges during your stay the pre authorization will be released within 2-6 business days after check-out and inspection.
