The promised shuttle didn't arrive in the evening. The next morning, the shuttle was overbooked. The room was cold ( or I was cold after waiting for the shuttle outside at night). The thermostat didn't work, and neither did the phone - no way to call the reception. The blanket was tiny and thin. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. -5 would be fair.

The airport shuttle was quite difficult to find, based on the poor instructions given in the e-mail response that I received from the hotel after my e-mail to it specifically asking for such instructions !

The directions to take the shuttle at the airport are not clear. The shuttle only picks up at a stop where terminal 2D starts and terminal 2 B begins. Look for the orange sign. Also, the driver takes brakes. 1 hour for lunch and 1 hour for dinner. During those times there’s no shuttle. The information the hotel gives says that the brakes are half an hour.

No frills, but comfy and close to airport

The bed was the most comfortable we slept in over the week in France. Free airport shuttle was convenient and on time. Make sure you know where your flight departs from because they only drop at terminal 2. Shower needed some attention around the bottom (pink mold; nothing bleach wouldn't fix) but the rest of the room was clean. Checkin was easy and efficient.

Shuttle 2 CDG would b a joke if not so frightening

If you’re thinking of staying here for the shuttle to the airport? DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The driver was reckless, scary, and tailgated a poor car the entire way. He made a sport of driving so recklessly that our luggage was turned into projectiles. They take you to Terminal 2 ONLY!!!! Which if you know CDG is literally the FURTHEST from departures that you can physically get. When we (all 3 of us) told him where we all needed to go. He simply said…get out… He refused to help us with luggage at either end. Just stood there brooding and angry that we DARE let him know we were not where we needed to be. Just repeated … get out. By the time I had run through terminal 2, take their “metro” which passes through two outlying parking lots AND terminal 3 (which for some reason is between 1& 2), I might as well have stayed IN Paris as it took as long from point of pickup at the hotel to my arrival into terminal 1 (due to being dropped of essential halfway back to Paris!!) Please believe me when I say you would be better off walking from this property than taking their “shuttle” maybe even a bit safer. It’s also further from the airport than it appears. Do yourself a favor and either stay in Paris and take an Uber/Taxi from there. It will take appx the same amount of time (cuz you won’t be RUNNING through CDG) AND you will be dropped off where needed. Or stay at a hotel within the airport itself & walk. The small amount saved is NOT worth this awful experience. Do not stay here!!

I arrived at aroung noon on the day I checked in. I was told that I would have to wait until 2:00 PM to get into my room unless I wanted to pay an additional 15 Euros. Upom checking in and going to the assigned room, I found that it had not been cleaned and I was assigned to a different room. I asked the driver of the airport shuttle to drop me off at Terminal ! at CDG. He told me that Terminal 2 was where he had to drop me off. Is this a policy for hotel airport shuttles? I am an elderly man (80 years old) and this required me to do quite a bit of additional walking to get to my terminal of departure.

Shuttle was limited so there was a 45 minute wait, and the smell of diesel poured in the van as it kept running while waiting inside. The shower leaked out of the shower under the door. The bed was tiny. The lights were too bright, especially in the bathroom. Blinding. A loud noise of water was continuous. There is a fan that only blows heat. The view is disgusting. The location is like a ghost town. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.
