In "Can Xim" the owners reformed the house with very good taste, respecting all it's original structure, like the firewood oven.
The living area is about 300m2 in two floors in a plot of more than 15.000 m2.
At the groundfloor you will find three double bedrooms, living-dinningroom, one complete bathroom, modern kitchen with quality electrical appliances , with immediately access to the terraces and the barbecue, garden with lawn and herbs of Mediterranean countries, as rosemary, lavender, thyme…
The upper floor has a large living-loungeroom, two large bedrooms and a complete bathroom. Equipped with Internet Wifi.
Just 15 minutes from the beaches of Porto Colom, beyond Calas de Mallorca, Cala D'or ... And not far from the Golfcourse Vall D'Or.
Son Valls and Son Mesquida are one of those places where you can be in harmony with the nature and enjoy the summer as like in the old days of the calmness, privacy, that we had forgotten that offer us places as this one.
