Apartment 'Gran Sol Family 3' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Newly renovated holiday apartment on the first floor, located between two paradisiacal coves (Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena) just 3 minutes walk; The main avenue of Cala Ferrera with stores, restaurants and parks is just 10 minutes walk and 20 minutes away is Cala D'or. In front of the block there is free public parking, a small supermarket with everything you need and the public bus stop 3 minutes walk.

The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 persons, it has 3 bedrooms in total (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), equipped kitchen (Dolçe Gusto Capsules coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle...) 3 balconies and a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, Autonomous entrance (keys in box) Tourist tax NOT INCLUDED, to be paid in cash the day of arrival. Cot on request with extra per night to be paid in cash. We can hire TAXI if you need it for airport transfers.
