The room condition was poor. Lighting broken / not working. Curtains old and in poor condition. The TV had limited channels and sound level was fixed / not adjustable. Bar staff not present and needed to be called via reception when required.

Health and Safety

Room was large, clean, bed comfy, only concern I had was a health and safety issue, the window in our room on the 7th floor was large and opened all the way (I do have a photo), very concerned about the safety aspect of this, especially if children use that room.

Old and outdated hotel

Old and outdated hotel that desperately needs renovation. AC was really noisy and didn't cool down the room and it was impossible to get a good sleep with AC on. The only positive side is that it is located close to the old city center.

Mercure Bresancon

We required a hotel that was clean and comfortable close to the main part of town with a secure car park and the Mercure Bresancon Parc Micaud fitted our needs well. Our room was spacious and there is a restaurant in the hotel. All staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel requires a refurbishment. We found this hotel very suitable for our needs.
