1st room 513 assigned could not shut or lock door from inside. 2nd room 401 assigned refrigerator made a loud sound constantly. 3rd room assigned king size bed facing tv had a big dip, not helpful for my back. I chose to sleep on the side by the window so not to fall in the dip. The water pressure was horrible.

Staff were very rude and unprofessional. I called to confirm my check out because they require a deposit fee and I still haven’t received any emails to confirm anything. I will not be going back there again.

My issue is with both Tru Hotel and Expedia for booking a sold out hotel! I travelled 10 hours with my family. I had a gut feeling to check everything was good. It was 10pm and I contacted Tru. The lady said “oh we were just about to call that it’s sold out.” It took TWO HOURS to find another place last minute. Do better!!!!

The Best Ever

First time at Tru by Hilton

The hotel was very clean and all personnel that we encountered were polite, friendly and ready to help. Just a note, no coffee maker in the room, however there is a small fridge (no freezer section). They do have coffee and tea in the lobby. It was just warm at 6:00pm check in but very hot and very good the next morning! We were not bothered by outside noise. The breakfast was ok and the lady taking care of it very helpful and kept it clean as well. We would stay again when visiting Fayetteville.

I do not like the lack of storage to put your belongings away. There wasn't a closet or drawers. The hotel was also extremely noisy and the beds were hard.
