It was okay. We didn't get to eat breakfast because the service time was from 6 to 9am. They need to extend the breakfast time. The building is pretty old, there was a big giant spider by the elevator. We had difficulties opening the screen door to the porch, it needs lubricant. The refrigerator was nice and big and the dinning area was very spacious. We were on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the surrounding area.

Great Front Desk staff

The building looks new on the outside and the rooms needed updating. I was not expecting the halls and interior to look the way they did.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made up for everything that was lacking in the physical condition and appearance.

The staff was very nice. Always trying to make me comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood is run down but never felt unsafe. Property is pretty clean. A little trash here and there but cared for. Parking was good. I would stay again.

This was the most miserable stay I’ve ever experienced. Not only was the property in need of maintenance, the room was not clean, the floor felt sticky, the pull out bed was broken and unusable, the regular bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the noise from the highway was so loud, there was no hope of getting any sleep. There was zero insulation from noise and sounded like the windows were wide open. Had I not already paid, I would have checked out early.

The facility certainly needs an upgrade. The elevator button on the first floor is in the wall about two inches which is concerning for electrical safety. The entire hotel has a different smell to it. The elevator floor is cracked and a tripping hazard. The pool is green. It may not be open yet for the season but it was definitely disgusting to see and smell. Cover it when it is out of season. The efficiency does NOT have anything to use such as utensils, plates, cups or pots or pans for the stove top which makes paying for an efficiency useless. Asking for towels, since there was only literally 2, was frustrating. The front desk staff was obviously annoyed and said that they probably don't and to not expect any. I did get two but it was seemed like i was inconveniencing her. Any questions were definitely a bother to them. There is no coffee for breakfast. The machine was broken and breakfast staff said it was broken for quite awhile. All you could do was use coffee tea bags with hot water. We definitely NOT recommending to a family unless you are desperate.
