i arrived with my 4 young children. The clerk said room would be ready in an hour. we waited 4 hrs in the lobby!! he then yelled at my 3 year old for jumping on the sofa. what do you expect after 4 hrs! When we did get the room a dirty sock and used hand soap was found. we called the front and put the sock outside our door. Next day it was still there!! nasty and mean people
