Lors de la réservation il était bien indiqué que nous pouvons annuler la réservation un jour avant mais quand nous avons téléphoné, ils n’ont pas accepté. Nous avons payé pour une nuit que nous n’avons pas utilisé

Good but lacking

The check in was a bit slow and we purchased breakfast and nobody changed any items, so they were very limited The room was great and comfortable though

Déception

Un personnel peu professionnel , un buffet cher pour ce qui est propose , le chauffage de la chambre très insuffisant . Un service de navette aéroport qui n'est pas au niveau ( pas de service en continue ne commence qu'a 18h30 et une seule navette donc obligé de prendre un taxi à chaque fois ) .

The staff on arrival were helpful, however the lifts and halls smelled of smoke, all facilities like shuttle to airport and ‘gym’ (one treadmill and one bike) cost extra. The only inclusion was internet but no Netflix or streaming was available either. Would not recommend.
