Consisting of 2 floors, with exposed beams that give it a warm and welcoming appearance, the furnishings are refined and comfortable with 2 reserved outdoor parking spaces. It consists of a communicating living / dining area on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one single. With a small garden on the front and back, on the upper floor there is a large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Arno valley from Pisa to Pontedera.
Electricity, gas and water costs are included in the rate. The apartment is equipped with 3 flat-screen TVs, independent heating, air conditioning, sheets, blankets, towels, washing machine, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, iron. Once booked, to receive the keys, simply communicate the expected arrival time to Sergio and make arrangements to be delivered directly to you.
