Booked jacuzzi suite for jacuzzi. I did not work. Uncomfortable bed. Dark, sketchy parking lot and entrances. A lot of noises throughout night that kept waking me up. Will not be staying here again.

The microwave did not work properly. When i told the staff, they just gave us a different plate for it and that still didn't work. When we checked out of the facility, I let them know again and they should have checked it out before assuming it was the fix.

Overall, I recommend this hotel and would stay again. The breakfast was good, having fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs for healthy options. The room was clean (but it could smell a little better IMO), the sheets were definitely crisp and clean which is most important. The shower was good too. The front desk woman was very friendly and nice.

I really liked how helpful the staff was. I didn't like the lack of overhead lighting in the room and that there was no explanation or directions for using the television. I wish there had been a place to sit down in the lobby other than tables. Also would have liked a computer available. the unit floor needed to be cleaned - dirty carpet. Mostly it was a positive experience. Didn't like that a book was stolen from the car during the night. We believe the car had been locked.

Great and quiet stay

Room was great, just wish the bathroom was bigger. The lighting in the room needs to improve, especially outside bathroom by sink and coming into the room.
