The look and feel of the accommodation. Loved the Christmas decorations made us feel in the Christmas mood. The breakfast was nice and the dining area was aesthetically pleasing with nice views

Breakfast was ok but they made a complete mess of the scrambled egg. Came out like a thick omelette, rest of the food ok. Menu options for the night prior were limited & other orders (to our own) were being brought out and returned

Not happy that I paid £150 to have limited hot water that we had to be put in one section of the hotel with no bath as requested. The WiFi was terrible so I couldn’t do my online work. My toilet barely flushed and I pulled a great long hair out of my curry. I do travel reviews so I will be reviewing this hotel.

What a Truly Lovely Hotel

This is a gorgeous period property that has been tastefully updated to ensure guests enjoy modern facilities, good service, food and drink. Staff are proffessional and friendly and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great hotel, service, rooms and food was fantastic. Room was on 2nd floor and wifi didn't work properly. No air con meant the room was hot even on a mild day.
