Excellent location, hotel and very friendly staff. The hotel had excellent buffet and tapas bar. We loved the food for desayuno (breakfast) as well as tapas and Alhambra beer! The rooftop is very beautiful. We want to return!

The hotel was perfect and in a good location. Clean spacious room. The rooftop pool was lovely with most wonderful views. And both pool bar and Santa Anna bars served a good range of drinks at good prices. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Had problems at check in. Was allocated a noisy room (this was changed later thankfully) Receptionist unhelpful. Reception disputed the breakfast cost we had been given online, they disputed it at check in and check out. We were supposed to have had a “picnic breakfast” today as we were leaving early, despite reminding reception there was no breakfast whatsoever. Very poor and unprofessional service. We are very disappointed with our stay especially as we paid a premium to stay at the Carmen , their sister hotel the Congress was much better and cheaper with a much better breakfast.

We had a great stay here for several days. The room was spacious and bed was comfy. It was a bonus to have a terrace off our room. The breakfast was expansive and enjoyable. We used the roof terrace & pool but there were limited options for sunbeds and the pool was quite small. Great views though. The hotel bar was lacking - limited options and no cocktails. However we found ample places nearby to eat and drink and stroll through small streets w lots of shopping. Overall a great place I’d recommend.

Maria and Paula gave us outstanding customer service, We had trouble changing our train tickets and they assisted us. It took awhile due to system errors. They were so patient. Thank you again ladies. You couldn’t have done it without you. Maria was always asking if we required any other assistance. Always going out of her way to help. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

I was given a room in the rear of the hotel that took 10 minutes to find with the help of a kind person from housekeeping. The elevator was so small that it was claustrophobic. Air conditioning in the room blew directly on me as I was sleeping. The hotel is in a very good location.
