For starters, there was no pool or hot tub. There was no continental breakfast. Yes they had breakfast in bed but you had to pay for it and for the prices we had to pay for the room for two nights that was unacceptable and for one of the occupants in the room was allergic to cats and dogs, and there was issues with her eyes that blew up because of her allergy that is why we requested not to have a room that was pet friendly.

I asked for a quiet room at check in due to being a light sleeper. I was told that since I booked through Expedia they only had one room they could put me in. My room was located right next to the elevator, which was disruptive.
