Veey basic hotel

Stayed overnight. Hotel is basic. Had to make up sofa-bed myself...no staff to do it. Had hair stuck n dried on bed linen. Bathroom ceiling was peeling. Breakfast was minimal...waffles only. Location is convenient. Attention to cleanliness and maintenance needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine. More care needs to be taken with housekeeping. The carpet was not vacuumed well and there was even a goldfish cracker still on the floor. This hotel is very much used by contractors staying the week. It was still a little loud after 10 as the designated smoking area was outside our window, three floors down. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because we have pre-teen kids and they kept getting stared at by the contractors sitting around the lobby.
