The staff was nice but they needed a ton more help. Checked in at 8 PM and then took three hours to get a rollaway bed that we requested. Our toilet needed fixed and it took two hours and multiple request to get it fixed and they never came. I went and asked for a plunger and attempted to fix it myself. Everything was either broken or in bad condition.

Got checked in and went to the room first issue bathroom light was burnt out, so I talked to housekeeping and a manager sent a repair man. Fixed within 10 minutes after check-in. Second issue clock radio wouldn't let me set the time after I moved it from the one side of the bed to the other. (I don't need the clock so I reminded them when I left at my end of the stay.)

When I booked the room I was advised to ask about a patient discount for Sanford hospital since that’s the reason for the stay and also a Senior discount. When we arrived we were both denied the Diane told we couldn’t get them. When we went to our room there was a stench coming from the bathroom that smelled of stale water so we had to go buy air freshener and prop the door open over night. Needless to say we checked for bedbugs, thankfully we didn’t find any. The room was less than nice but we needed a play to stay and won’t be going back there.
