Checked in with 2 rooms….3 adults 5 children under the age of 7. The kids’ top priority was the pool. In fact, we checked out the pool before the room. Closed. Went to the front desk and asked how long it would be closed (this was 6 pm). The clerk sheepishly replied,”I’m not sure…it’s been closed for 2 weeks.” No mention was made on Hotels.com nor was it mentioned before we checked in. We went to a different hotel, but getting a refund from Hotels.com was a total pain. No phone number listed, no way to talk to a human. Finally got a phone number, only to be put on hold while they checked out my story. Over an hour of wasted time trying to get a refund for a room I never set foot in. Was eventually told my refund to my credit card would take 7-10 days. We’ll see if it happens.

My only complaint is that the sidewalk wasn't shoveled but this was also during a snow storm. But it wasn't shoveled when I arrived and when I left in the morning. Everything else was good

The room was clean except there was mold at the base of the shower door. The cabinet with the TV must have been tilted because the drawers kept opening up on their own. Climate control was great. Breakfast was good.
