We had several small issues: internet not working upon arrival, limited TV options, missing or not operable TV remotes in bedrooms, 1 side of toaster nonfunctional, no salt & pepper, stairs are difficult/dangerous for older guests, few horizontal surfaces for storage in bedroom, top of refrigerator ...
