Everyone was extremely accommodating. My partner and I had a great time. We would absolutely recommend. Lots of great activities, but not a party resort. We had the foam party, but clubs and other resorts offered night life. The food options were hit or miss, but mostly good and enjoyable. Drinks were great of course. Everything is INCLUDED and we didn’t have to convert our USD. First time going to an all inclusive, everything down to the 24hr room service and maintenance. The life outside of the resort is drastically different, but still places to go for authentic food and experiences. Transportation was offered to and from the airport and you can book drivers as well. Overall, book it.

The staffs were all above and beyond fantastic. Love the room with the ocean view. Room was clean. The food was good.

I like that the room was clean. The balcony view was pleasant: the staff was courteous. Most of all, the INTERNET was reliable. I had 1 1/2 days of Zoom calls that conducted without a hitch. Thank you so much! The only issue that I had is that I had cold water to shower in for 3 of the 4 nights that I was there. It was addressed once I called the front desk. Cheap parts in the fixtures was the source of the problem. All in all, it was a good stay.

Not in the best neighborhood. Flood waters gather outside the property, no drainage, and it created a lot of mosquitoes. The room had a lot of hair on the floor. Night life could be better. No night club. Adult pool could be cleaner. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay. Beach was nice and food was good. Staff was friendly.

Didn’t like the fact that after checking out I had to stand outside in the sun to get lunch at the jerk bar. Entertainment was poor for the weekend compared to my expectation of the hotel. Didn’t like the idea that we had to take a shuttle to go to another location for entertainment. The food was good The drinks options were good overall not my best experience.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. I loved how the servers at the buffet would sing to the crowd. Beautiful property! Sasha was awesome that worked in the buffet restaurant.

Clean room pleasant staff always. Food options are amazing and variable. Meaning, there's wide variety of Jamaican food as well as American or otherwise. Entertainment staff are very friendly and makes sure guests are involved in every aspect of their stay. Very interactive.
