“All inclusive” is a lie!!!
1. Be aware that you have to reserve the restaurant 24 hrs in advance and reservation window close at 5pm. If you arrive around afternoon, most likely all reservations are full, and you can only eat buffet the next day.
2. Food is horrible and limited. We were lucky to get 1 reservation @ the Asian restaurant, but it’s limited to 3 mini dishes/person, ended up going back to the buffet.
3. No activities were open at all during our visit. Water park was closed. Out door activities showed open on the app, but the red flag was up which means no water sport activities are allowed.
4. Beach was dirty and rocky. The ground is not even, we learned the hard way and decided to wear shoes into the water, even so my legs were scratched up and bled because the big rocks in the water.
5. Pools are freezing cold. We paid extra for swim-up room, but the water is freezing we were not able to use it at all.
6. Bad room installation, you won’t be able to sleep after 8 am because you can hear everything.
7. Most staffs seemed very unhappy working there.
8. Trust the reviews, I didn’t think it’s gonna happen to us but I was wrong.
I can add at least 10 more things to the list from our 1 day visit and 2 nights stay. We paid $2,500 for this entire trip (including economy round trip flights) but couldn’t do anything, eat any good food, neither have a good night rest.
We are grateful that we are safe, and checked off this box, but we will never come back again
