What a gem! Its perfect. Design and decorating, staff, location, amenities. One negative: the coffee bus outside, although cute and vintage, does not open at 6:00am when travelers must leave and when coffee must be available.

A great little find, modern and stylish but most importantly right on the beach and in easy walking distance to the Island Queen ferry to Marthas Vinyard. The coffee truck outside also is a really nice touch.

Lovely stay at the Tides! The staff was always so helpful and friendly. The view, awesome! Really really enjoyed the bonfires they started on the beach so we could sit in the evening with our wine and listen to the waves. Was a great stay!

This is a motel. All the reviews I read said this place would be the best place to stay in Falmouth. Yes it was on the beach and yes it had a lovely view of the harbour and yes it was convenient for the ferry to MV. But it was the most expensive place we stayed and was just a motel with some beach chairs. A coffee hut outside from 7am. No coffee making facilities in room and a very basic plastic encased shower. Stunning view over the ocean but not worth the money. We used the complimentary bikes (these were a bonus) to ride to town for meal in the evening.

There was so much to love about this hotel. We travelled as a family with young kids so the convenient beach as our backdrop was amazing. Mauri mats and a deck to entertain the kids and towels provided for the deck chairs and beach were so convenient. We loved the old record player in the room, the welcome pack and toiletries. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Location wise was excellent for a lazy day at the beach outside, day trips to Martha’s Vineyard or to the centre of town for a bite to eat. Would definitely visit again!!

The property was fantastic and in an excellent area. A must change is to add back coffee makers in the rooms. The blue truck coffee outside is great but would love to stay in pjs and have coffee.
