Room in poor condition, toilet seat falling off no toils room want set up for guests and had a smell kinda what I thought was urine.

I thought the incidentals $100.00 was way too high for a Red Roof. The average is normally 50.00 or less. I stay at hotels on a weekly basis for work. The room was very dim should use LED lights to make it brighter and the furniture and can updated.
