Bad experience, room too small with zero toiletries, hard to find every time had to explain to local commutes for proper location. No proper breakfast buffet. For jain meal very less options. And even after the third time ask it was delivered. If this breakfast was charged 750 rs per person by hotels.com, I would say this was my last booking with hotels.com. The stay experience was not satisfactory. Wrong decision that I made to stay + including breakfast option. If there would be an option of refund I would say to refund at least breakfast charges. Te kettle, glasses provided all were dirty. Toilet was stinky with stains in the pot.
