Holly Haven is a privately owned, pet-friendly home tucked away from the hustle & bustle but central to Downtown Asheville, Black Mountain, Biltmore Forest, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Just minutes to trailheads, breweries, grocery stores, and gas stations.

The 1.5-acre property is perched on a hill and easily accessible by car (no 4x4 needed). With two bedrooms and two baths, it sleeps five and offers a fire pit with complimentary firewood, hammocks, a fully-stocked kitchen and coffee/tea bar, and a HUGE deck with a gas grill.

Situated on a private road with only 2 neighbors, a long paved driveway leads to the steps towards the front door. The home, driveway, and path steps are all well-lit at night for visibility and your safety.

The brightly colored front door uses a keyless door lock to provide convenient self-check-in. A Ring doorbell camera is unmonitored but provides added security and on-demand communication with the host in the event of an accidental lockout.

The foyer is both welcoming and functional, with benches and hooks for your bags and coats, as well as a full-size stacked front-loading washer and dryer. Shoes are encouraged to be removed to help maintain a clean space for you.

As you walk in, the home's expansive windows will take your breath away. An open-concept layout with a chef's kitchen overlooking the dining and living room creates a spacious, yet cozy environment.

The kitchen includes a full-size stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. It is fully-stocked with a coffee bar, utensils, bakeware, cookware, knives, blender, mixer, rice maker, pizza stone, fondue set, kids dishes, cleaning supplies, and storage/paper products. Complimentary regular, decaf, and flavored ground coffee and pods, hot cocoa, tea, filters, and a wide assortment of condiments are provided.

The dining area is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, and seats up to 8 - great for sharing a meal or playing a board game. Puzzles and games are available for use.

The living room has a 65" screen smart TV - just bring your logins to stream your favorite shows. The enormous east-facing windows and glass doors lead to an expansive deck with a gas grill, picnic table, and plenty of outdoor seating. At night, the deck railing is adorned with fairy lights, creating a cozy ambiance while you gaze at the expansive sky full of stars.

The large primary bedroom, located upstairs in an open loft-style bedroom, has the most spectacular views of the mountains and tree line. Nearby, a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, USB charger, and wireless speaker allows you to enjoy the same mountain views. High-speed internet makes this spot perfect for remote workers.

A king bed with soft sheets and a glow from the natural wood interior make this the coziest place in the home, in the morning and evening. Room-darkening curtains and eye masks have been carefully considered for our guests who may be sensitive to light, and a wireless charger and sound machine offer the conveniences of home. A dresser, nightstands, and a walk-in closet offer plenty of storage. The ensuite bath has a full tub with a rain showerhead, lots of cabinet space, and both bathrooms provide complimentary soap, bath tissue, shampoo, and conditioner, and hair dryers for your convenience.

The guest bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, a smart TV, dresser, and closet. Room-darkening curtains and a wireless phone charger are added for your convenience. A folding bed with additional bedding is available in the closet for a 5th guest.

Cornhole game, hammocks, yoga mats, board games, and firewood are provided for use. The home is pet-friendly (3 pets max with a $150 pet fee), and pet supplies and a large metal crate are provided to use during your stay.
