I found a strand of hair on the towel when I came in. I asked for a different towel at the front desk and she was happy to give me another one. Then I saw another strand of hair on the bed. We were too tired to change a different room. Anyway, the room was not bad. The price was reasonable. The customer service was good. Breakfast: waffles, cereals, yogurts, juices and coffee. No eggs or sausages There is not enough air circulation in the dinning room.

I stayed for 2 days and got ready to check out. The counter person had the cleaning lady to go and check the room. I was told I had 2 towels were dirty from cleaning the wet bathroom floor. I told the lady what happened I was charged $35. For 2 towels. I went and washed the towels and brought the towels back. The lady at the front counter put the towels in the light and said she could see dark spots in the corner of the towels. She also explained your company pays $500 for the towels. I could not believe what she said. If your company is financially suffering the customer should not have to pay for your products alone with other fees. Terrible customer

Requested room service twice for clean towels and trashed was told we were added to the list but never happened had to go get our own towels from front desk and trash bags also gad to go request toiletries to restock our room. The floors in room were sticky and room was musty smelling no matter where we set ac. Breakfast wasnt bad but not much offered, waffles cereal and yogurt was all.

It was OK very noisy the beds very uncomfortable. They literally make your back hurt. You have to take your dirty towels to the front desk and then they’ll give you more towels. Very inconvenient. Well I stay there again no, I’d rather pay the extra money somewhere else.
