Stayed at the North tower, was ok base, I liked the size and layout of the room, but it seemed a little dingy, TV signal was bad, we didn't like the hotel restaurants and there weren't places close by to walk to. Not sure, maybe that's how most hotels are in the area. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Got around via Ubers. Saw the Northern Lights on a tour which was the main purpose of our trip!

Beds were comfortable and pillows nice. Only complaints are no vent fan in the bathroom and furnishings a bit outdated. Restaurant on site was fantastic!

A good hotel with a reasonable price

They gave me a nice room on the top floor, but there was an issue with the air conditioning throughout the upper floors, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in that room. It was a bit frustrating at first, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and eventually found me a room that worked well.

The rooms were dated.I had to clean the tub it was fu of hair, no bags in trash cans, breakfast was not what was promised on the website. TV froze alot. Thank God I used Expedia, they compensated me some because the hotel management was not. The lobby was beautiful
