A place for FARM to stay while working in Fairbanks

Lily is a great communicator and was able to help us find the house and get into it. Our people want to store and prepare their own food rather than eating out all the time. A nice big refrigerator, freezer and stove top range where just what we were looking for along with a microwave and coffee maker. It was easy to make yourselves at home. The showers work real well. About 15 minutes to get to our worksite on the other side of Fairbanks. The beds where comfortable as well.

Home away from home

This house surpassed our expectations. Clean, near places to visit, and all around comfortable. Host was easy to contact and responded immediately. Would like to stay here again if we pay a return visit to Fairbanks.

Great for small groups

3 Mom and daughter duos stayed at this wonderful property during a tournament and it was great. The different levels allowed for some supervised separation and all parties left happy and well rested. The third bathroom is also quite nice with so many people in the house.

Immaculate, conveniently located home in Fairbanks

This is a very well kept home situated within several minutes drive of most attractions in Fairbanks, but the neighborhood is somewhat shabby and not conducive to walking. The kitchen is well appointed, but the downstairs bedroom is not separated from it by a door so that noise upstairs could be disturbing to the person in the lower room. To mitigate the lack of soundproofing guests would do well to get up and go to bed at the same times. The hostess was very friendly, available and accommodating.
