Nice lobby. They also exchange money at a fair rate. Easy walk to shops, grocery and restaurant/bars. Be sure to look in breakfast chafing dishes before deciding on having a full breakfast. If they are out of a food they may not refill the chafing dishes. Be clear about hotel policy on fire alarm procedure as nothing is posted in room.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the ferry. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable. The only negative was the very expensive breakfast. It was not very good for the price that they charge.

Convenient location on a major street 10 minutes from cruise port, restaurants & market place. Area is a little rundown. The restaurant, pool & spa looked ok but we didn't use any. Friendly & helpful staff.

Properly is very outdated. Building is old and minimally maintained. Do not pay extra for ocean/water view, its a rip off. You get to see the silhouette of the ocean at a distance along with nothing but rooftops wirh laundry drying on cloth lines. Definitely not worth the extra cost. Thei buffet breakfast is expensive and extremely limited. You are better off going out to breakfast somewhere else. Sevice in dining hall is questionable. This is not a bad hotel for an extreme emergency.

The room was big and clean, covered all the basics for an overnight stay. Hotel was walking distance from the ferry. Downside was the breakfast, it wasn’t really good and it was expensive (island prices).

No sleep at all....!!!!!!

Terrible environment, you feel like you are sleeping on the street side! Terrible sound proofness! Between the police cars, ambulances, motorcycles and the dozens of Roosters who starts at 3AM, you better rig yourself with some excellent ear plugs!!!

Booked the executive suite and it was a joke - the king bed was two twins pushed together, the kitchen supplies consisted of plates and silverware and a single pot and pan - we had to ask for dish soap…the coffee was small things of instant coffee - not even a machine. The interior was clean but the walls had huge areas where paint was missing and chips in the walls. There was nothing executive about this suite!

Pros Location, reasonable rate, excellent staff, nice pool and very comfortable bed. Cons. Extremely loud street noise. Motorcycles and moped noises well past midnight. Breakfast buffet. If you must choose the continental only. I don’t think I’ve ever had scrambled eggs? That terrible. If they were even actual eggs.
