Worst resort we've stayed at... air conditioner would not work. Room was above 25C the entire stay, at times, close to 28C. Tried to have them fix it 3 times, and then tried to have them move us, and each time was a failure. Unfriendly front desk staff. Food at the resort is overpriced and underwhelming. No benefits for being a gold HH member. On checkout day, we were told we could use the lounge to prepare for our evening flight at 10pm, and they made us wait until the person who originally told us about the lounge availability was working because the other staff didnt want to deal with us. For $450/night, I expected much much better. Save your money, or better yet, spend your money elsewhere.

Wonderful transition back to civilization after being on a catamaran for a week with just the six of us. Beautiful setting, luxurious appointments, etc. We did have a challenge with our breakfast the morning of our departure. We were boarding a plane very early and the staff took our breakfast orders very diligently, making sure they accommodated food allergies, etc, but when we went to check out thst morning, they didn't even have our names on the list for people who wanted a "to go" breakfast. It was super frustrating, but we had to get to the airport, so couldn't wait to have one made for us.
