It takes a lot for me to write a review. But all things considered - this one is warranted. First room had no hot water. (Yes - I ran the shower for 20 minutes before I said anything. I’m pretty simple and easy to please.) They moved me to another room. Second room was covered in ants and had this damp smell in it. Couldn’t figure out why it was so musty until the last day when I was packing to leave. I stepped on the other side of the bed and the carpeting was completely soaked. Not damp - soaked. This was clearly an issue that had been going on for sometime because the wooden bed frame was completely rotten out on that side. This hotel isn’t cheap. Some nights cost $150. Outside of the location. I think you can find a much nicer place to stay that has at least sub par maintenance and care. I was met with “the best we could air is a $50 refund”. Well I guess the best I can do is be honest with my review.

Just ok

The room was clean & comfortable. However, we had no hot water our first morning. This issue must jave been fixed because we had no other issue for the other two days. The ice machine was broken on our floor. There were people hanging out in the rear parking lot at night, which didn’t make us feel safe.

Room was wonderful; however the TV had few channels. When asked the staff replied we didn't have a "smart tv" even though the room guide showed at least 4 times more channels. Also, the elevator was "not working" right at check-out time. i use a cane and getting down the stairs with our luggage was not enjoyable.

Overall nice place, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The walls are paper thin and I could hear our neighbors conversations & someone sneezing. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide assortment. Pool & outdoor space was nice, although odd for the pool to close at 8pm in the middle of summer.
