Quiet and convenient with no pests or bugs. Could use new carpeting and appliances but I felt safe and didn’t have to worry about my things when I left the property.

The room was clean enough only saw one roach all night. There are stains on the refrigerator itself. This night it was wet and icy, salt was only put on the direct entrance for the lobby. No one touched the icy parking lot with any preventative salt or care.

The bathrooms where dirty but the staff was kind of nice about making adjustments. I hated how often the fire alarms went off. When pulling in was the first snow of the season and the parking lot was terrible for 4 days of straight ice and snow. Overall it was okay.

I stated additional day and they neglected to tell me that I had to sign paperwork so when I came from work that night. They told me the order happened and my room was no longer available for me because of I have no show when I was there that day them cash

Room had dead roaches and some running around so they had to give me another room with roaches in it again.. the fire alarm kept going off.I would never stay here again I wouldn't recommend this specific hotel most extented stays have been awesome this one was horrible.

The room was clean but could do with some TLC. Trim missing from the side of the countertop. Front falling of the dresser and the inside didn’t look clean. When you closed the drapes they were not fastened at the side so curtains just moved to the middle of the window.

Plenty of parking, people always hanging out in parking lot regardless of the cold. Cabinetry dilapidated. Tub and sink had dried, soap build up. No staff at desk until 10am. Was told to leave the key in an accessible location by the front door where anyone could access it Unlike every other hotel I've ever stayed in, they actually charged my credit card for the deposit.

The fact that there was no one there to check in with and phone call had to be made. I had no hot water for the first two nights and since there was no one at the front desk to get help from. I call the hotel from my meeting to get no answer and end up with someone from I gues3 the corp office. They finally reach someone at the hotel. Who called me to tell me that the shower has luke warm water in it. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I called back got someone. I asked to have the keys ready for the new room. The new room smelled and had no tv remote and it was not as clean as thw first room. I am perfectly UPSET by this. On top of a deposit of $100 that will take 5 to 7 days to be reurned. Ridiculous
